What’s the best part about my job? The variety!
As a copywriter, I’m asked to cover all kinds of topics. In the last couple of months, I have written about everything from roofing to worms.
What is there to say about worms? If you’re a gardener like I am, you aren’t just talking about worms, you’re raving about them.
Think of it this way: Worms do two things in life. They eat and they excrete. Food goes in, castings come out.
For your garden, worm castings are like a superfood.
You can mix them into your soil at the beginning of the planting season. Or you can give your plants a mid-season boost by spreading worm castings over the soil surface. During subsequent waterings, the nutrients will soak in.
