Before you check the “Terms and Conditions” box and finalize your purchase, here’s a quick overview of how this little shop operates.
For starters, this isn’t one of those high-volume, impersonal eCommerce sites. There’s a real human behind it. Shortly after you place your order, I’ll be giving you a call. Of, course, I’ll be thanking you, and I will also double-check the details of your order. Since you’re ordering custom printing, it’s important to get things right before I notify the printer.
Who’s the printer?
I use Image Craft in Phoenix, Arizona. As a member of Local First Arizona, I think it’s important to support the home team. I’m also an Image Craft customer for my own photographic printing.
For you, Image Craft will produce a Chromaluxe gloss metal print that adds extra depth to the image and makes colors pop. Your print won’t require framing and can easily be cleaned. It will be backed by 6mm PVC and utilize a museum mount that floats the image 1.25″ out from the wall.
Order Fulfillment
This is where Image Craft really shines. They take great care to protect the prints and pack them in sturdy boxes. Your print will be shipped from Image Craft’s Phoenix plant and I’ll email you the shipping information and tracking number.
In short, the combination of excellent custom printing with bulletproof packaging will set your order up for success. That being said, things can happen. If you find that there’s a defect in workmanship or severe shipping damage, let me know and we’ll work things out. I want you to be happy with your prints, not just for now, but for years to come.
